At Corral Boots, we want you to be fully satisfied with your handcrafted purchase. If your boots aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange unworn items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Initiate Your Request

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Prepare the Package

Place the unworn boots back in their original branded box and secure them inside a separate shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.

Attach the Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your shipping box.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days.
