What is your return policy for footwear?
We offer a 30-day return window for all unworn boots in their original packaging. Please ensure you try your boots on a carpeted surface to avoid scuffing the leather outsoles, as damaged soles are not eligible for return.
How long does shipping take for domestic orders?
Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days. Once your order is handcrafted and leaves our warehouse, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery status.
Are Corral Boots waterproof?
While our high-quality leathers offer some natural resistance, they are not waterproof unless specified. We recommend applying a leather protector spray to maintain the integrity of the exotic skins and embroidery.
